Each custom-order piece is thoughtfully prepared especially for you. To begin your order, a 50% deposit is required and is applied toward the purchase price of your item.
Please allow approximately five days for production, followed by 2–7 days for shipping, depending upon your location.
Because special-order pieces are procured specifically for each customer, all special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment; however, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it is committed toward the sourcing and preparation of your specially ordered piece.
